Agreement to our Terms of Service


  • User Registration

    You agree to keep your password confidentital and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username that you select if we determine in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Purchases and Payments

    We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, Paypal, Cashapp.

  • Cancellation

    Business Accounts can cancel subscriptions at anytime by logging into their account. Influencers and Businesses can delete their account by going to their settings page and clicking 'Delete Account'.

  • Fee Changes

    We may from time to time, make changes to our service fee and will communicate any price changes to you.

  • Gibberish Accounts

    We do not tolerate "Gibberish accounts" or in other words, accounts that have balderdash usernames, upload balderdash services, or upload balderdash profile pictures.

  • Spam posts

    We admonish our users to refrain from posting spam on the Fansta. Users caught in this act will have their posts deleted and might get their account suspended.

  • Account Deletion

    We reserve the right to delete your account if (and at any time) we find your account to be violating any of the terms stated above.

  • Refund Policy

    Your money is safe. If you make a payment and it turns out the influencer you made payment to is unresponsive, you can request a refund on our Help Center.
